At Frankston Heights Primary we have an extensive Transition Program that ensures your child has a smooth start to their schooling. The program dedicates our resources to ensure your child is prepared for school and feels safe, happy and supported throughout their school life.
Our Prep Transition program is implemented over 5 weeks during Term 4. We invite all enrolled children to join us and participate in small groups with prep teachers, to start building those vital relationships and have fun through activities and games. This provides an opportunity for children to become familiar with the school grounds and facilities, as well as begin to make some new friendships and meet their new buddies.
We welcome enrolments into our incredible school.
At Frankston Heights Primary your child will be allocated a genuine Prep Buddy who will be a Senior school student and present as an outstanding role model, taking exceptional care to look after your child. Our Prep Buddy Program ensures your child will build positive relationships with their peers, will help them feel safe in the school environment and introduce them to new friends.
